Macaroni Monday

The kids love lunch on Mondays. They get to have macaroni & cheese, applesauce & animal crackers. What preschooler wouldn't love that? I hardly ever & I mean ever, allow Maggie to eat messy things with her hands. Mondays are typically a day where I sit & feed her myself. I made a rare exception last Monday because I was so pressed for time. In hindsight I think it took me more time to clean her up than if I had sat to feed her!

Who knew macaroni & cheese could be used as mousse?

This is when she decided she had more than enough of the mess. We were on the same page at this point!
